How demo scheduling shares information with Google and the UNFD host. Company account information stays inside its own authenticated workspace.
Your inquiry comes first
Before choosing a demo time, you provide your name, work email, company, business type, what you want to explore, and any optional additional information. With your consent, UNFD saves these details in a separate platform inquiry database so authorized UNFD operators can review your request and contact you about it. Your inquiry remains saved even if you do not complete a booking. It is not a marketing subscription.
Responsible entity and retention
Recovering your inquiry
The form keeps your submitted details and a private recovery token in this tab’s session storage so an interrupted save can be checked or retried without creating a duplicate. The token is not included in page URLs or sent to Google. Clearing browser session storage does not delete the saved inquiry from UNFD.
Demo scheduling with Google
UNFD uses Google Appointment Schedules for demo bookings. The scheduler is offered after your inquiry is saved. Choosing “Save details & choose a time” opens the scheduler after that save succeeds on the live site. You can also choose to open it in a new tab on the next step. Doing so connects your browser to Google, which may process technical information and use cookies under its Privacy Policy.
What you share
Google may ask you to enter your name and email again. Enter your appointment time and any requested booking answers directly in Google’s form. Google shares booking details with the UNFD demo host at admin@unfdlab.com. Check the displayed time zone before submitting. Do not include passwords, payment details, member records, or other sensitive information.
Where booking information is handled
The business details saved in UNFD and the appointment entered in Google are separate records. This website does not put your form details or recovery token into Google’s booking URL. Google handles the appointment through its scheduling, calendar, and email services and shares it with the UNFD host. UNFD does not create a second appointment.
Confirmations and changes
Google handles booking confirmations, calendar invitations, and Google Meet details. UNFD’s website does not send a separate Resend confirmation for these appointments and cannot verify that an email reached your inbox. Use Google’s confirmation or contact admin@unfdlab.com for help, changes, or cancellation.
Privacy questions and deletion requests
Contact admin@unfdlab.com for questions about how UNFD handles your booking details, applicable retention practices, or a deletion request. Google’s handling of its copies is subject to its policies. This page does not promise a fixed deletion period for provider records or backups.
Company workspaces
Member records, tenant class bookings, and company account information remain separate from this public demo scheduler. For data held by your company, contact that company’s administrator.
